Police searching for 3 suspects in downtown Toronto assault, robbery

Toronto police are searching for three women in connection with an assault and robbery downtown in October.

Police said the women approached one person in the area of Bay and Front Streets on the evening of Oct. 26.

The three women then allegedly assaulted the victim and stole their phone. Police said the trio fled the area shortly after.

One suspect has been identified as 33-year-old Celine Zeynalvand from Laval, Que. She is wanted for robbery.

The other two female suspects, believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, remain unidentified.

One of them has blonde hair and was last seen wearing a black athletic top and black leggings. The other suspect is described as having brown hair and was wearing a royal blue athletic top and royal blue leggings.
