York Regional Police say a man in his 40s in dead following an industrial accident in Vaughan.
It happened at around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday at a property on Applewood Crescent, near Highway 7 and Highway 400.
Police told CP24 that officers found a man trapped under a forklift and he was subsequently pronounced dead.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
