A man is facing impaired and dangerous driving charges after he collided with two other vehicles while trying to overtake traffic on the Don Valley Parkway early Tuesday morning, police say.
The collision happened in the northbound lanes of the highway approaching Don Mills Road at around 1:30 a.m.
Police say that the driver of a Volkswagen Jetta was attempting to pass traffic when he collided with two vehicles.
The driver was not injured in the collision.
However, police say that one of the drivers of the other vehicles involved in the crash was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police continue to investigate.
