A male is in the hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision in North York on Thursday, Toronto police say.
The crash happened near Bathurst Street and Melrose Avenue, just north of Renee Avenue.
Toronto police said they were called to that area at 7:20 a.m. for reports of a two-vehicle collision.
They said airbags deployed in both vehicles.
Investigators said a male victim was transported to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries.
Bathurst is currently closed at Melrose.
Motorists are being advised by police to expect delays in the area and are urged to use alternate routes.
